Extensive tests and inspections are usually carried out before new and overhauled gearboxes or prototype gearboxes are installed in wind turbines, industrial plants or ships. This confirms and documents the required performance of the gearbox.

At the same time, high transport and assembly costs are avoided from the outset, which would be incurred unnecessarily in the event of a defective gearbox. With our own gearbox test stand, we offer you tailor-made test and inspection services according to your requirements. We can test almost all sizes on our test field. During the test run or test run, we monitor all relevant functional units and drive components. We measure and record the previously determined parameters. This is how we ensure that your gearbox meets all technical requirements when it leaves our factory.

Gearboxes and drive components of almost all sizes and manufacturers can be tested on the MULTITEST gearbox test bench. In our factory we have crane tracks with capacities of 60 and 20 tons respectively. Higher weights can also be realized if required.

MULTITEST has a good location at the Mendig site, on the former military airfield. With very good transport connections via the A61 and A48 and modern technical equipment within our factory, we offer you economically interesting options for testing your wind turbine gearbox, industrial gearbox or marine gearbox.
